Dr. Martín Benito Pineda Germán

Dr. Martín Benito Pineda Germán is a physician and surgeon (with training in midwifery) specializing in family medicine and certified in the Strategic Management of Administrative Processes. Throughout his professional career, he has held significant roles within healthcare institutions, including head of night shifts for the Red Cross Rescue Corps in Puebla; medical advisor for the IMSS-Solidaridad Program; coordinator of education, research, outpatient care, and diagnostic support services at the IMSS-Solidaridad Program’s Level II Hospital No. 88; head of service at IMSS Family Medicine Unit No. 12; and director of medical units No. 42 (Tepeaca), No. 11 (San Martín Texmelucan), and No. 57 (La Margarita)

At the BUAP School of Medicine, he has made significant contributions to the training of health professionals, serving as clinical practice coordinator for the medicine degree program, administrative secretary, and instructor for the Neck and Thorax Anatomy course—thereby solidifying a career defined by his commitment to teaching, academic management and institutional strengthening.
